  • Work From Home (Full-time or Part-time)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Engage customers, build rapport and ensure all customers are getting the best value; 
  • Level 1 support for faults, manage service difficulties and offer technical support over the phone specifically for Telstra NBN Customers 
  • Retain existing customers by providing an exemplary service experience 
  • Offer solutions using a variety of Telstra's market leading products from NBN, Mobile, FOXTEL, Cloud and Web solutions


YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN 
  • Available to work to attend 2 weeks FT training in person, then to work 38 hours FT Monday to Friday from home - equipment provided 
  • Ability to record and maintain accurate customer data to ensure a smooth shift handover 
  • Be empathetic and caring when dealing with customer needs and concerns 
  • Great communication and troubleshooting skills 
  • Ability to learn fast and recover quickly from setbacks. 
  • Great with technology and system navigation. 
  • Ability to operate in a 24/7 "follow the sun" contact model Available to commence work in either April or May


MỨC LƯƠNG CÔNG VIỆC

  • Casual 35+ hours per week $26.92 per hour + super
  • Full-time or Part-time: Negotiation
