MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • You will engage customers, build rapport and provide outstanding customer service solutions that will drive brand loyalty and advocacy for Telstra. 
  • You will also be required to navigate through multiple systems whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone and answer incoming calls from new and existing customers 
  • Work a rotating, Monday - Sunday roster (work 1-2 weekends per month)
  • Work towards achievable sales targets and KPIs 
  • Provide class leading customer experiences 
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN 
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 35 hours per week 
  • Must have a work station and stable + fast internet connection 
  • Must be able to travel in to our Ann Street location within an hour (Brisbane) 
  • Must be available for 4 weeks of on-site training  

MỨC LƯƠNG CÔNG VIỆC

  • $25 - $29.99 per hour + Commission
