MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Your primary tasks as a Sales Development Representative will be finding, researching, contacting, and qualifying potential clients. This will be conducted through outbound cold calls, emails and online bids. You will be the first point of contact with a potential prospect, and be required to communicate our service benefits plus promote brand awareness. To develop leads, you will be qualifying them on your phone calls. This means you can expect to uncover customer pain points and needs, suggest viable solutions, provide budget expectations, and estimate service delivery timelines. 

 Other tasks you can expect include: 

•  Making 30-80 cold calls per day 
•  Taking part in team training 
•  Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
  

To be a successful candidate, you should be a self-starter, motivated to continually grow and open to being coached. Outbound sales are notoriously hard, but our team is dedicated to your success and will teach you the skills in order to thrive. Although much of your time will be spent working independently, you will also be part of a 3-5 person team, headed by an account manager who will support you during the sales process. 

What experience you can bring: 

• Sales or Customer service experience (1-3 years) 
• Proven record of meeting sales goals will be considered an asset 
• Previous experience in a commission based role 
• Experience selling B2B 
• Digital marketing experience

• Salary: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year
