  • This is a unique opportunity to join a venture capital-backed technology start-up with offices in Sydney, San Francisco, New York and London. At InsideSherpa, we work with global clients including Citi, JPMorgan, Deloitte, BCG, Accenture, KPMG and King & Wood Mallesons to enhance their early talent identification and recruitment strategies. We do this by creating Virtual Experience Programs that simulate what it is actually like to work at our partner organisations through a series of hypothetical tasks and learning resources. The programs are completely online, free for students and designed to truly replicate the type of work graduates complete at these organisations every day - providing students with an opportunity to build valuable skills, career confidence and help them land their dream job.

  • We are seeking an energetic, passionate and diligent Onboarding Support Specialist based in Sydney or Melbourne to join our growing start-up. This role will support the Head of Implementation with corporate onboarding to the InsideSherpa platform.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

 Some of the activities you will be asked to assist with day to day include: 

  • Liaising with corporate clients to determine key project needs, objectives and solutions.
  • Coordinating client teams and resources to seamlessly launch our virtual program.
  • Providing client guidance on ad hoc support requests - including how to best assemble course content and navigate the onboarding process.
  • Preparing key onboarding & guidance documents.
  • Preparing and maintaining key project plans and timelines.
  • Using our enterprise platform and functionality to upload course content and customise features based on clients needs and preferences

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN 

The position is suited to someone who has strong attention to detail, is process-driven and wants to work closely with companies around the world. 

  • Previous experience in a project management role is great, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. Liaising with different teams, across different industries, across different locations is something you’re comfortable with and excited about.
  • Strong organisational skills - attention to detail, strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and tasks.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Interest in working in a fast-paced high-growth technology company

MỨC LƯƠNG CÔNG VIỆC

  • Salary: $5,500.00 to $6,000.00 /month (Full-time 3-month contract)
